I almost never give bad ratings. However, I simply cannot let this slide. I took our family cat in because he was not feeling well. I explained everything. I spent over $300 to have all of the tests run. They said it was just an upper respiratory infection. Nothing showed up in his blood work. Specifically said he didn't have cancer or liver problems. A week later, we take him to a different clinic because he couldn't walk to find out he had cancer all over his lungs.
They're nice, but that's about all they have going for them.
Earlier this year, I lost my 3.5 year German shepherd who I also had taken to this clinic for testing and treating. I'm not saying their deaths are their fault. As far as I'm concerned, this practice is batting 0/2.
It's always nice and clean here. Make sure they are using correct protocol when doing tests on your pet. Sometimes they don't ask when your pet last took meds to do acth, which is a problem. But everyone can't be perfect...I like the vets here. The chiropractor is great.
My dog loves this place. He goes there to get groomed and they so an excellent job!!!
I have been going to Countryside since 2008. Over the years, I have acquired 7 dogs and 5 cats. My home is like managing a farm but well worth it. Dr. White has successfully performed dental cleanings on most of them but his talents do not remain there. He successfully repaired Ali (Cat) and Gideon (dog) legs. He is absolutely wonderful. With as many pets as I have, I have worked with most of the staff at one time or another, they are all wonderful. I have many wonderful stories to share but I will leave you with one more: While Gideon ( a senior dog) was recovering from surgery he developed an odd symptom . With no warning, he would yelp in pain. The symptom did not seem related to the surgery. I called the hospital and told them I thought Gideon was dying and should be put down. I was frantic and felt helpless. When I called the hospital, I was connected with Dr. Dodson. Her empathetic attitude prevented me from making a rash decision. Unfortunately, it was my fault Gideon was in pain. I supplemented his diet with oatmeal. He was simply constipated. After he consumed a lot of pumpkin, he was no longer in pain. Thank you Dr. Dodson! I have to put a shout out for Dr. Conley and Dr. Dodson. You guys are awesome too! The techs and receptionists make bringing my guys to the vet painless. Thank you too!
Best vet in the world! Maybe not, but still pretty spectacular! The prices are low and the quality is extremely high. The puppy and I are so happy! Love this place and the puppy loves everyone there. The vets are very nice and everyone was so good to us! I can't say enough good about this place!
